Internal fit-out works nearing completion in 333 StK. Building is still on schedule to be completed by the next quarter of the year.

Internal fit-out works are progressing smoothly for the building. 333 StK is well on track to be move-in ready by Q3 2025. 

Building structure is 100% complete. Construction progress is over 50% with internal fitout works as well as window and façade installation currently underway.

Completed preparation for Level 2 formwork. Forecasting to complete a new floor level every 3 weeks.

Basement Level 1 & concrete slabs are poured, works for Ground Floor commences.

Tower crane has been installed and Basement Level 2 concrete slab is poured and 80% complete. Formwork for Basement Level 1 is being prepared and ready for the concrete slab to be poured.

Basement excavation and shotcrete walls have been completed.
